Welcome to the Institutional Consulting Group (ICG), a division of Rogers Capital Management, Inc., a fee-only registered investment advisor.  Offering a full array of investment consulting and advisory services, ICG’s mission is to assist each client in structuring a portfolio that will best assure the attainment of long-term return objectives. Bringing an institutional insider’s perspective and “leading-edge” multi-risk factor modeling to the process, the ICG team distinguishes itself from other consultants in offering “beyond-traditional” investment consulting services.  Our “fee-only” services fall under two major categories: ICG Consulting Services: Serving institutions with “$30 million plus” in assets, ICG will assist you in investment policy statement development, asset allocation and spending policy modeling, traditional asset manager searches, "fund of funds" alternative manager searches, performance reporting, and trustee education. ICG Advisory Services:  Serving institutions with less than $30 million in assets, ICG offers the “ICG Advisor Portfolio”, a broadly diversified institutional portfolio that seeks  to maximize long-term total return while minimizing risk and costs.  Our basic philosophy is that, at its core, portfolio management is about identifying, measuring, and managing risks and costs in the pursuit of targeted returns. We typically recommend to our clients a “core-satellite” strategy that is characterized by broad diversification among and within asset classes, a “value” style tilt for domestic and international equities, and tight control over portfolio expenses.
