William W. "Bill" Harrell   Senior Vice President
William W. "Bill" Harrell is Senior Vice President of Rogers Capital Management, Inc. and has been with the firm since 1996.  Bill’s responsibilities include preparing institutional strategies for retirement plans, foundations, endowments and qualified individuals as well as providing investment selection, monitoring, evaluation, and education to individuals and plan participants across the country.  He has over 25 years of financial consulting and investment management experience.  Bill received a BA from Texas Christian University in 1969 and a MA from Troy State University in 1975.  He is active on a number of local boards including North Texas MS Society, AddRan Board of Visitors of Texas Christian University, Sigma Alpha Epsilon Alumni Association, and the TCU National Alumni Board.
