James W. "Bill" Rush, II   Senior Vice President
James W. "Bill" Rush, II serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for Rogers Capital Management, Inc.  Bill received his BS/BA from the University of Missouri at Columbia majoring in accounting and finance.  In addition to Bill’s client relationships, he is responsible for the nuts and bolts of ICG and RCM client relationships, including account establishment and maintenance, securities trading, and performance reporting.  Prior to joining RCM Bill held administrative and senior management positions with major trust organizations in Kansas City, Missouri and the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
